I'm Jilan Hall-Johnson, the brains behind The Sassy Biscuit Co. What started as a silly idea of making biscuit waffles for my kids suddenly blossomed into a unique food venture, I invite you to come join us for breakfast or brunch in Billings.

I am passionate about family, friends, and great food, and we extend that passion into our restaurants.

After culinary art school, my family and I traveled with the military across the country from the east to the west coast, giving us the opportunity to sample and savor the best brunch restaurants in the U.S. Over the years, we've found good food has a good experience behind it.
